How I keep my family healthy naturally

There are three ways to use essential oils: Topically, Aromatically and Internally. Some ways are more effective than others depending on your health concern. Since I'm always on the go, my favorite way to use essential oils is topically with rollerball blends. They're convienient, effective and so easy for the whole family to use. It's already diluted for your little ones and family members with sensitive skin. Simply roll onto bottoms of your feet or over the affected area. The oils absorb through your pores and into your bloodstream in a matter of minutes to balance and support your body systems. Personally, I reapply every 20-30 minutes at the start of an acute health concern until I start to feel results (usually that happens after 1-3 applications). Then every few hours until I feel I am back to normal. For less aggressive, ongoing health concerns, 2-3x daily is sufficient. Research suggests the chemical constituents in the bloodstream peak at 20 minutes after application. It is felt that the oils are mostly metabolized and eliminated within 1-2 hours but may linger in a healthy body for up to 8 hours.
