CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to meet the cancellation policy can result in 50% service fee or termination as a Brandt Massage Therapy client. Illness is an exception. If you know you cannot make your appointment please contact me ASAP so I can attempt to fill your spot. Most clientele schedule 2-6 weeks in advance which can make cancellations hard to fill.
